  • The minimum withdrawal is $5, except for credit cards, where the limit is $20.
  • The maximum daily withdrawal depends on your status and payment method. Regular players can withdraw up to $200 per day using WebMoney, Qiwi, Yandex, Visa, MasterCard, Moneta, or Skrill. In all other cases, up to $100. VIP players with Sphinx or Pyramid status can withdraw up to $1000 per day with WebMoney, Qiwi, Yandex, or Moneta; up to $500 with Visa, MasterCard, or Skrill; and up to $150 with other methods.

Please double-check your details when submitting a request — errors will block the payout. Withdrawals are usually processed through the same method used for deposits. If that is not possible, our finance team will suggest an alternative.

Our finance department operates Monday through Friday, 10:00–19:00 (MSK). Withdrawals are processed within a few hours to two business days after review. In some cases, additional verification of your personal data may be required, especially if SMS payments were used for deposits.
